Social-Emotional Coaching
A body based approach to social skills
Delivered Virtually
Nervous system health plays a foundational role in social capacity
I’m a former speech-language pathologist turned communication coach. I work with teens and young adults who want to connect authentically but often feel overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure how to begin.
This coaching space is here to help you explore social connection in a way that feels natural, affirming, and sustainable.
What We Do Together
Over 3–6 months, I offer 1:1 virtual support to help individuals build social emotional connection skills that fit you. We move at your pace, in ways that honor your body, your energy, and your truth.
Together, we explore:
How your nervous system shapes communication and social connection
Finding new ways to connect that don’t lead to burnout
Honoring your natural rhythm and sensory preferences
Tools for self-advocacy, boundaries, and confidence
Support for speech, language, attention, or processing differences
My Approach
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It’s a co-created, body-based, and relationship-centered process rooted in compassion and curiosity.
Body-Based
We begin with the nervous system. We focus on body, sensory awareness and regulation tools so communication can feel more grounded and easeful.
Person-Led
We move at your pace and co-create goals together, honoring your needs, preferences, and lived experience.
Creative
Journaling, drawing, storytelling, movement or music can all be part of your process. These low-pressure and often regulating tools help bring out what’s stuck, so it can be expressed and released. I think outside the box to create a strategies and exercises that work for and with you.
Relational
We build trust slowly and intentionally. This work is about connection with yourself and others.
Lived & Holistic
As a highly sensitive person, I bring both lived and professional experience. I understand how human and layered communication is.
Is This for You?
This virtual coaching space is especially supportive for:
Neurodivergent adults navigating ADHD, autism, sensory needs, or social overwhelm
Sensitive souls and deep thinkers who crave meaningful connection but get stuck in masking or self-doubt
Those wanting to find their voice, whether it’s speaking up in class, setting boundaries, or feeling more confident in everyday conversations
Anyone who’s felt like traditional “social skills” work didn’t quite fit and is ready for something more holistic, body-based, and affirming
